At StackState, we always listen to our customers so we can make our product the best it can be. Many of you already know the route to tell us about your feature requests. Right now, these are conversations between a single customer and the StackState team. We believe sharing feature requests with everyone in the community will provide more context and give us insight into the popularity of new features.
As of June 1st 2020, we have changed the way how you as a customer can submit and share feature requests among the StackState community.
How do I submit a feature request?
If you have an idea for a feature you would like to see in StackState, Join the conversation in the community section and create a new post with the category 'Feature Requests'. Be sure to describe specifically why you would like this feature included and what benefit it would bring you. Our product team reviews these ideas periodically and may come back with questions to clarify.
We encourage everyone participating in the feature request process to subscribe to this community so you are notified of new posts. If a feature request is shared that would also be beneficial to you, please upvote the request or leave a comment. This will signal to our product team that a feature request will benefit multiple customers and make it easier for us to prioritize.
How are feature requests scheduled?
With StackState's release schedule, the product team will review feature requests when planning a new feature release. If a feature request is included in a release, the product team will communicate this via the forum.
