Problem

When using the HTTP script API from an asynchronous event handler, the proxy settings specified in the `stackstate.conf` are not respected. This does work in synchronous event handlers.

Proxy settings are not respected properly when using asynchronous event handlers in StackState

Solution

This is solved in StackState version 4.3.0 and later
